Its name pays tribute to one of the most resilient plants of the Mediterranean scrubland. The mastic tree withstands sun, wind and sea air while retaining its deep green colour. Its trunk produces a resin known since ancient times as the “Tears of Chios”, while its aromatic branches evoke the scents of embers, cooking and coastal traditions.
Located on the ground floor, the apartment features two bedrooms and a bathroom. French doors in one of the bedrooms open directly towards the swimming pool, while the large portico leads onto a private area with a barbecue. It is the ideal setting for dinner under the stars and for ending the day surrounded by Mediterranean scents and the pleasure of spending time together.
